Deposit Policy:

• It's important to note that a $20 deposit is required to secure a booking.

APPOINTMENTS ARE CANCELLED AFTER 20 MINUTES OF TARDINESS

 

Lateness Policy:

• There is a 10-minute grace period for lateness before a $15 fee is imposed. Clients should communicate promptly with the stylist in case of potential delay to avoid any inconvenience.

 

Hair Preparation Policy:

• Kindly arrive with freshly washed and blow-dried hair. Avoid using oils, grease, or moisturizer.

 

Service Policy:

• No additional guests are allowed.

• Please consider that I work hands-on throughout the day. Allow up to 24 hours for a response, and feel free to reach out again if you haven't heard from me.

• Services are available for ages 12 and above.

 

Squeeze-In  Policy:

•A fee of $45 applies for same-day appointments and squeezed-in appointments, including Sundays and any appointments after 5:00 PM.
